735-unit Corsicana self-storage facility sold

​​CORSICANA – The 735-unit Mini-West Storage has been sold to a Colorado investor. 

Built in stages between 1986 and 2016, the property has 192 climate-controlled and 543 non-climate-controlled units totaling 81,050 net rentable sf. 

The property includes surveillance cameras, perimeter fencing, lighting, and room for future expansion. 

Karr Self-Storage represented the seller and procured the buyer. The sale included two adjacent parcels, one of which houses a self-service car wash.
