The new Millenium . . . owner

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​AUSTIN – The 326-unit Millennium Rainey has sold to Camden Property Trust for $120 million.

The apartment tower at 91 Rainey St. was sold by its developer, The Dinerstein Companies. It is being renamed Camden Rainey Street.

The Travis Central Appraisal District values the property at $109 million, which is below market rate.​
