Another One Bethany breaks ground in Allen

​​​​​ALLEN – Kaizen Development Partners have broken ground on One Bethany West at Watters Creek just west of US 75 near Bethany Dr.

The eight-story, 200,000-sf speculative office project will include a tenant lounge, conference center, and fitness center. ​​It will open in late 2020. 

BOKA Powell designed the new building, and Balfour Beatty is the general contractor.

The project is the second phase of One Bethany at Watters Creek. Kaizen started on the first phase in 2017 with a 125,000-sf office building and a 570-space parking garage.

The firm also built a 145,000-sf office building for tech firm Netscout Systems. Kaizen partnered with the Allen Economic Development Corp.​ on the projects.
