US 380 expansion near Prosper nearing completion

A map highlighting the sections of the highway being expanded. PROSPER – Construction to widen US 380 to six lanes from Lovers Ln. to CR 26 north of Frisco is nearly complete.

The project includes overpasses at the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Rd., which opened in early March 2019.

The $60 million project began in March 2016 with funds from the Texas Department of Transportation.
