Work starts on San Pedro Creek multifamily

SAN ANTONIO – Cleveland-based NRP Group has started work on Acero, a $56 million multifamily project along San Pedro Creek.

The 323-unit apartment complex will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans across five buildings. There will be surface and garage parking, bike storage, a dog park, and pet wash.

Acero will have a mix of market-rate and affordable units.

The San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corp., a nonprofit that aims to create affordable housing, is working with NRP.

Delivery is set for spring 2021.
