Legacy attracts cross-town relocation

​​PLANO – Canada-based telecommunications firm Mitel is relocating its U.S. headquarters to 82,464 sf in the Campus at Legacy office complex at 5360 Legacy Dr.

The company's offices have been in the nearby Granite Park development at the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121 since 2014.

The move adds about 30,000 sf of additional space to the company's local operations.

The one million-sf Campus at Legacy office project is owned by California-based Spear Street Capital.
