Alliance Residential buys 16 acres for multifamily development
SAN ANTONIO – Phoenix-based Alliance Residential has purchased 16.25 acres near the corner of Presidio Pkwy. and Vance Jackson Rd. for a 384-unit multifamily development.
The property was last assessed for $5.62 million, according to the Bexar County Appraisal District.
Dosch Marshall Real Estate arranged the transaction.
