Lovett Commercial acquires 300K-sf Farmer Bros. facility

​​HOUSTON – Lovett Commerical has purchased the 300,000-sf Farmer Bros. coffee facility at 235 N Norwood St. 

Plans to redevelop the iconic building on six acres south of Buffalo Bayou have not yet been disclosed.  

Lovett has leased-back the property to Farmer Bros. for three years at a base rent of $50,000 per month.
