Nabors Drilling sells former 112K-sf campus

Aerial view of the property. HOUSTON – Rhone Brittmoore Logistics LP has purchased the former Nabors Drilling campus at 11330 Brittmoore Park Dr.

Situated on 7.9 acres, the property consists of 111,530 sf of industrial office and manufacturing space.

NAI Partners will handle leasing. The team also represented the buyer in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Nabors Drilling Technologies USA Inc.
