Texla, Crow pave the way at University Trails

​​​​​COLLEGE STATION – A joint venture between Texla Housing Partners and Crow Holdings Capital has purchased University Trails.

The 828-bed student housing community at 1101 University Trl. offers one- to four-bedroom units. Rents range from $449 to $929 per month.

Amenities include a pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball court, study lounge and café, and two fitness centers.

Newmark Knight Frank brokered the sale.
