SA home sales still soaring
SAN ANTONIO – Local home sales continued soaring in October, driven by the metro's growing population.
According to the San Antonio Board of Realtors, 2,860 homes were sold through the Multiple Listing Service last month, a 12 percent increase over a year ago.
The median price jumped 6 percent to $235,700. More than 10,000 listings were on the market.
The increase in home sales and median price makes the area highly competitive for both buyers and sellers.
