Firmspace finds its way at BBVA Compass Plaza

​​​​​HOUSTON – Austin-based Firmspace has leased 32,872 sf on the tenth and 11th floors of the BBVA Compass Plaza at 2200 Post Oak Blvd.

Amenities include standing desks, interactive whiteboards, dry cleaning, and conference rooms that can be reserved through an app. The coworking space will also have ​screened walls and on-tap wine after 4 p.m.

The two-story project will cost an estimated $5.5 million.
