Affordable apartment project coming to San Marcos

​​​​SAN MARCOS – Target Builders LLC is developing a 372-unit apartment complex called the Reserves at San Marcos.

The majority of units—316 of them—will be affordable to residents making 51 to 60 percent of the area median income.

Work will start in January and finish in 18 to 24 months.

Northfield Design Associates is the architect.
