McDermott International moving to downtown Tyler's Plaza Tower

​​​​TYLER – McDermott International is relocating its offices to more than 30,000 sf across three floors in the Plaza Tower at 110 N College Ave.

With this move, McDermott will bring over 100 professional jobs downtown.

Plaza Tower offers Class A office space with on-site management, leasing and maintenance staff, advanced security and elevators, on-site vault datacenter, and fiber installed throughout.

An investor group led by Tim Brookshire, Garnett Brookshire, and Andy Bergfeld purchased the property in August 2018.

The company will ​move in January 2020.
