Gensler relocating with 45K-sf downtown lease

​​​HOUSTON – Gensler has signed a two-floor lease totaling 45,000 sf at 2 Houston Center, where it plans to relocate in late 2019.

A 4.2 million-sf redevelopment project on the Class A property at 909 Fannin St. will finish in late 2020.

Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE represented Gensler. Transwestern and Brookfield Properties worked on behalf of the owner.
