Construction commences on $8M medical project

​FORT WORTH – SkyWalker Property Partners broke ground on a $7.9 million medical office building on the last commercial tract in the Clearfork West mixed-use development.

Located at 5612 Edwards Ranch Rd., the 20,200-sf project is 50 percent leased to Nathan Lesley M.D., who signed a ten-year lease for the entire second floor.

Transwestern will lease the remaining space. Frost Bank is the project lender.

The architect is locally based 97w, and Prim Construction LLC is the general contractor.

Completion is set for first quarter ​2020.
