First tenant at Frost Tower taking 40K-sf

Frost Tower in San Antonio. SAN ANTONIO – Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright will take two floors at the soon-to-be-completed Frost Tower at 111 W Houston St.

The company will occupy nearly 40,000 sf on the 17th and 18th floors, marking the building's first announced tenant after Frost Bank. Finish-out of the space will cost an estimated $3.3 million.

Developed by Weston Urban, Frost Tower is scheduled to open in first quarter 2019.
