Industrial lease takes down entire Alliance warehouse

​​FORT WORTH – CTDI, a global engineering, repair, and logistics company, has fully leased a 705,955-sf distribution facility at 1753 Chaplin Dr. in the Alliance submarket.

Completed in December 2018, the building offers a 36-ft clear height and access to I-35W​ and US 287 via SH 114. 

Transwestern Investment Group acquired the property, which includes a 494,041-sf building at 15453 Wolff Crossing, late last year on behalf of one of its separately managed accounts.
