Sienna Plantation's 'sweet 600'

​​​​​​​​MISSOURI CITY – Johnson Development will add 600 homes to the Heritage Park neighborhood within the 10,800-acre Sienna Plantation master-planned community.

The neighborhood near SH 6 and Sienna Pkwy. has 15 builders with 27 model homes open. 

Home prices range from about $250,000 to more than $1 million.

Sienna Plantation was the top-selling community in Texas​ with 530 homes sold in 2018, ​according to John Burns Real Estate Consulting and RCLCO.
