High Five grabs 116-unit complex

​​​​​​UNIVERSAL CITY – High Five Multifamily has acquired Falcon Ridge Apartments, a 116-unit complex at 350 E. Aviation Blvd., from Falcon Ridge Apartments LLC. 

The former owner invested $1.3 million on unit remodeling and exterior upgrades. High Five will continue exterior renovations and add four units.

Falcon Ridge has one- and two-bedroom apartments and a swimming pool.

Occupancy was at 93 percent at the time of the sale.
