Alliance broad-ening multifamily portfolio

​​​​​​​​​​HOUSTON – Phoenix-based Alliance Residential will start construction on two local apartment projects later this year.

The 357-unit, 16-story Broadstone Memorial Park will be at 7721 Washington Ave. across ​​I-10 from Memorial Park.

The second project, Broadstone Museum District, will be ​at 4617 Montrose Blvd. on the site of the former Chelsea Market development.
