Fully leased shopping center sells to investor

FOREST HILL – Forest Hill Village, a 69,651-sf retail center located nine miles southeast of Fort Worth in Tarrant County, has sold to a Dallas-area investor.

The property at 3320 Mansfield Hwy. was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. It is anchored by a Foodland Markets grocery store.

STRIVE represented the California-based seller in the transaction.
