Condo tower reshapes Legacy West skyline

A rendering of the Windrose Tower from GDA Architects. PLANO – Developers have topped out construction on the 27-story Windrose Tower in the $3 billion Legacy West development at the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121.

Work started on the 99-unit luxury high-rise in mid-2017, and the first residents will move into the tower in late 2019. Units are 65 percent sold.

The tower, designed by GDA Architects, is one of two residential high-rises under construction in Legacy West.

Right next door, builders are finishing construction on the 328-unit, 29-story LVL 29 apartment tower.
