What's the (Palmetto) Pointe?

​​​​​​​​​SAN ANTONIO – Koontz Corp. has broken ground on Palmetto Pointe, a 328-unit multifamily community.

The apartments will be on 15.2 acres along USAA Blvd. and offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans across 13 buildings.

Work will wrap up in around ​24 months. The first units will become available in July 2019.
