A Grand entrance into Austin's affordable market

​​​​​​​AUSTIN – A 70-unit affordable apartment community will be built in Travis Heights.

Aria ​​​Grand will include 12 one-, 30 two-, and 28 three-bedroom units at 1800 S. I-35.

It will serve 60 families earning 60 percent or less of the area median income. Ten units will also be available to families at market-rental rates.

O-SDA Industries and Saigebrook Development are developing Aria Grand.
