Mixed-use project coming to Mueller

​​​​​​​​​AUSTIN – Shorenstein Properties LLC will develop office and retail buildings in the Mueller community.

The three office sites will total over 750,000 sf. 

The first of the buildings will be six stories tall and encompass 235,000 sf along Aldrich St., between Robert Browning St. and Simond Ave. It will include:

• 20,000 sf of retail space;
  

• 10,000 sf of office space on the ground floor;
  

• 50,000 sf of office space on each of the 2nd and 3rd floors; and
  

• 35,000 sf of office space on each of the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors.
  

In addition, the property will include a 985-vehicle parking garage. Completion is set for fourth quarter 2020.
