Medical offices slated for Northern Tarrant County

​​FORT WORTH – MedCore Partners is developing a Class A medical office building on the Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance campus. 

The two-story, 65,000-sf building at 10900 Founders Way will be anchored by Spine Team Texas ambulatory spine surgery center. A variety of clinics will also occupy space.

​Currently, the $9 million project is 70 percent preleased. Delivery is scheduled for first quarter 2020.
