Zoning approved for 124-unit senior housing complex

MIDLAND – ​The local planning and zoning commission has approved a zoning request for a 124-unit multifamily housing complex at 45 Corporate Dr. 

The 295,000-sf property will offer affordable housing to senior citizens.
