St. Philip's College works on $24M building pair
SAN ANTONIO – St. Philip's College is constructing two new facilities on its campus.
The 55,000-sf recreation and wellness building will feature teaching labs, two pools, and classrooms.
The two-story, 25,000-sf Bowden Campus Center will replace an existing facility. It will include classrooms, computer labs, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance center, and a staff office.
Construction will begin this month and be complete by July 2021.
Skanska is the general contractor.
