Engineering firm leases space in Westchase

HOUSTON – Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories has leased 43,568 sf in the Class B Oak Park Office Center in the Westchase area.

The two-story, 173,400-sf building is on nearly 14.5 acres at 5850 Rogerdale Rd.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, and Lincoln Property Co. represented the owner.
