150-acre Hale County Business Park prepares for opening
PLAINVIEW – Hale County Business Park, a 150-acre industrial development along I-27 between Amarillo and Lubbock, is nearing completion.
Western Equipment, the first tenant at the park, will occupy 45,000 sf.
The park opens later this month.
