Tynberg gearing up for first phase of Northline in Leander

​​​​​​LEANDER – Tynberg LLC is developing Northline, a 115-acre mixed-use development south of San Gabriel Pkwy. between US 183 and the 183A toll road.

The project will have 700,000 sf of office, 300,000 sf of retail, and 150,000 sf of hotel space. There will also be 2,000 apartments and 300 townhomes.

Community features will include a town square and parks.

The city council approved a $13.4 million contract to the project's contractor, DeNucci Constructors LLC.

Phase one will begin in March. Full buildout is expected by 2031.
