Tristar acquires 103K-sf Houston office building
HOUSTON – Tristar Alliance Properties has purchased Sterling Plaza, a 102,292-sf office building at 10101 Southwest Fwy.
The company will upgrade the Class B property’s lobby, roof, and HVAC systems.
Lee & Associates represented the buyer. O’Connell Realty represented the seller, Mykawa Hso LP.
