CapRidge launches 541K-sf portfolio renovation program
HOUSTON – CapRidge Partners LLC is renovating its recently acquired office portfolio in the Memorial/Tanglewood area.
The three-building portfolio includes 541,000 sf of office space at 1616 S. Voss Rd., 7500 San Felipe Dr., and 6363 Woodway Dr.
Interior renovations will include reconfigured and upgraded finishes in building lobbies, enhanced building amenity packages, upgraded common areas, restrooms, and elevators.
Exterior updates will include landscaping, a programmable activity lawn, shaded seating areas, and outdoor meeting space.
The buildings at 1616 Voss and 7500 San Felipe will now be known as Memorial Towers I and II, respectively. The third building will be called Woodway Tower.
Construction will start in early 2020 and be completed by summer.
CapRidge is partnering with Stream Realty Partners for the leasing and marketing of the project.
Abel Design Group is lead designer, Clark Condon is the landscape architect, and O'Donnell/Snider Construction is the general contractor.
