307-unit multifamily development changes the scene in East Austin
AUSTIN – Michaels Organization is developing Zoey, a 307-unit apartment complex along E. Riverside Dr. by the Penick Place neighborhood.
The development will have two buildings totaling 446,000 sf. There will be studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 500 to 1,400 sf.
There will also be a seven-story parking garage with 421 spaces.
Across the street, a three-acre public park is being developed.
Construction will begin this month, and the first units will be ready in summer 2021.
