PowerSecure Lighting signs industrial lease at Star Corporate Center
FRISCO – PowerSecure Lighting has signed a 75,000-sf industrial lease for its new corporate headquarters.
The 160,000 sf building broke ground in January 2018 and sits inside Cabot Property's 216-acre Star Corporate Center master-planned business park, formerly Frisco Park 25.
PowerSecure will serve as the anchor tenant at the site, which is now fully leased.
Stream Realty Partners managed development of the property and will oversee all leasing and management.
