Hilton Houston North begins $35M renovation

​​HOUSTON – Renovations have kicked off at the 480-room Hilton Houston North hotel at 12400 Greenspoint Dr. 

Florida-based Driftwood Hospitality Management will spend $35 million to upgrade all guestrooms, the hotel’s 52,000-sf meeting space, and the 40,000-sf atrium lobby.

The lobby will include a new tech center, lounge bar, a 15,000-sf Starbucks, Herb N’ Kitchen Grab & Go, and a Hearth Restaurant. 

Driftwood Hospitality is serving as its own general contractor on the renovations, which will wrap up by April 2020.
