​​FORT WORTH – The Woods of Haltom Apartment Homes, an 89-unit apartment property at 4812 Waldemar St., has been ​sold.

The buyer was Haltom Woods LLC.

Dougherty Mortgage arranged the 12-year term, 30-year amortization loan through a partnership with Old Capital Lending.
