Verbena buys 353-unit Crestview Commons

​AUSTIN – San Francisco-based Verbena Road Holdings LP has purchased Crestview Commons​ at 801 Sugaree Ave. from High Street Residential.

The four-story, Class A apartment building offers 353 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Floor plans range from 642 to 1,405 sf.

Amenities include a courtyard, pool, firepit, grill, conference room, and fitness center.

Crestview Commons is part of a four-phase development that will bring 1,141 apartments and 60,000 sf of retail space.
