Project Transitions buys land for HIV, AIDS support housing
AUSTIN – Locally based Project Transitions has purchased 1.09 acres at 8007 Burnet Rd. for an affordable housing project.
The community will house and support people aged 60 and older living with HIV and AIDS.
The company will demolish the 20,000-sf former Zoe's Safe Space building to make way for the project.
NAI Partners and Kucera Cos. represented the buyer. Special Agent Group represented the seller, 8007 Burnet Holdings LLC.
