Olerio Homes building in two Northwest Dallas communities

​​​​​​​DALLAS – Olerio Homes is building more than 50 homes in two projects on the city's northwest side. 

The local builder will construction 28 townhomes in its Kimsey Place project between Maple Ave. and Cedar Springs Rd. ​The townhomes will be built in four phases with prices starting in the high $300,000s.

Work is also starting on 24 patio homes in ​Modella Park near Webb Chapel Rd. and Forest Lane. Homes will be available in mid-2020 and priced from the high $400,000s.
