43-unit townhome project en route to San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO – Austin-based StoryBuilt is developing Luma, a 43-home community near Brackenridge Park and the Pearl mixed-use development.
Luma will offer two- to four-bedroom townhomes. Prices will start at $339,000.
The company will offer a $4,000 discount for military members, veterans, and teachers through its Homes for Heroes program. After October, the discount will drop to $2,000.
Move-ins are slated for the end of the year.
