EMCID plans 30K-sf office development

​​​NEW CANEY – The East Montgomery County Improvement District will develop a 30,000-sf office building at 21575 US 59.​

The property will be within a 500-acre industrial park that the county owns. 

The development team, which received a $1.5 million grant for the project from the U.S. Department of Commerce, will break ground in​​ October and finish construction within six months.
