$56M acquisition loan received for South Austin apartments

​​​​​AUSTIN – The Bridge at Asher Apartments, a 452-unit community at 10505 S. I-35, has been sold.

The community has one- to three-bedroom units with monthly rents ranging from $833 to $1795. 

Approximately 51 percent of the units are reserved for renters earning 80 percent or less of the area median income.​

Amenities include two pools, a fitness center, game lounge, and outdoor fire pit.

Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC provided a $56 million Freddie Mac acquisition loan on behalf of the buyer.​​​
