Hines-led JVs planning Houston-area senior living
HOUSTON – Hines, in joint ventures with Watermark Retirement Communities and MorningStar Senior Living, is developing housing projects in the Heights and River Oaks.
Watermark Heights Senior Living, at 1231 W. 18th St., will offer 223 independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care units.
Construction will begin by the end of the year with opening slated for late 2021.
MorningStar at River Oaks Senior Living will be built at 2315 Richmond Ave. starting in January 2020. It will have 112 assisted-living and memory-care units. Opening is set for fall 2021.
