Texas developer sells 52K-sf Corpus Christi office building

CORPUS CHRISTI – A Texas developer has sold a 51,307-sf single-tenant office building at 4201 Greenwood Dr. for $4 million.

The Texas Department of Family & Protective Services occupies the property and has less than a year remaining on its lease.

Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller. The buyer, a group of individual investors from the Midwest, acquired the asset in an off-market transaction.
