MIAT inks 57K-sf industrial lease

​​​​​​HOUSTON – MIAT College of Technology has inked a 56,400-sf industrial lease at 533 Northpark Central Dr.

MIAT provides technical career training in HVACR, Aviation Maintenance, Energy & Industrial Tech, Wind Power, and Aircraft Dispatch.

NAI Partners represented the tenant.
