James Avery to open $13M HQ

​CEDAR PARK – The city council has approved the development of a $13 million office for James Avery Craftsman Inc.

The 35,000-sf office building at Scottsdale Crossing Technology Park off US 183A will employ 102 full-time workers. 

Incentives for the jewelry manufacturer and retailer could total up to $525,500.

The council approved a Chapter 380 incentive agreement that could pay James Avery up to $18,000 in rollback tax revenue.​

Construction must be complete by ​the end of July 2021.
