5M-sf mixed-use project planned for Downtown Dallas

​​DALLAS – Woods Capital, Kaizen Development Partners, and Dundon Capital Partners acquired six acres at ​​1012 and 1100 McKinney Ave. for five million sf of office, residential, and hotel towers.

The first phase, which will start in late 2020, will include 750,000 sf of office space, 50,000 sf of retail space, and 300 apartment units.

Shopping, restaurants, outdoor space, and other amenities will anchor the development from the ground level.

Currently home to parking lots​, the two tracts were secured from the Shraman South Asian Museum and Learning Center Foundation.​

Thirty-Four Commercial brokered the sale.
