160-room DoubleTree hotel changes hands

​FARMERS BRANCH – Berkadia has negotiated the sale of the 160-room DoubleTree hotel, located at 11611 Luna Rd.

The property recently underwent an $8 million renovation and has a pool, fitness center, and ​​​​business center.

This was the first sale from the 15-property portfolio, which could fetch a sales price of $375 million.

The buyer was an undisclosed 1031 exchange investor.
